Welcome to Flow Creative Photography! By accessing or using this website, booking a session, or viewing your online gallery, you agree to the following terms. These terms help protect both you and Flow Photography to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.

1. Services

Flow Creative Photography provides photography sessions and private online galleries for clients. Each session type is described at the time of booking.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable retainer may be required to secure your booking (if applicable).

  • Remaining balance is due by the date of your session unless otherwise arranged.

  • Payment methods: cash or direct debit.

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment/retainer is received.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations by the client result in forfeiture of the retainer.

  • Rescheduling due to illness, weather, or emergencies may be allowed at the photographer’s discretion.

  • If Flow Photography must cancel, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

4. Copyright & Image Use

  • All photographs remain the copyright of Flow Creative Photography.

  • Clients receive a personal-use licence for delivered images.

  • Images cannot be altered, edited, or resold without written permission.

5. Media Release

By booking with Flow Creative Photography, you grant permission for the use of images taken during your session for marketing, social media, website portfolio, print displays, or promotional purposes.
If you prefer your images not to be used publicly, you may opt out by advising Flow Photography in writing before your session.
Your comfort and privacy are always respected — we will never share sensitive or unflattering content.

6. Client Galleries

  • Final galleries are delivered digitally and remain available for a limited time.

  • Please download and back up your files promptly.

  • Once a gallery expires, retrieval of files is not guaranteed.

7. Conduct

Clients agree to behave respectfully and safely during sessions. Flow Photography may end a session early if unsafe or inappropriate behaviour occurs.

8. Liability

While every effort is made to ensure a professional experience, Flow Creative Photography is not responsible for injury, property damage, or technical failures beyond our control.
If unforeseen technical issues prevent photo delivery, clients will be refunded or offered a reshoot.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse or interfere with this website, galleries, or other client content.

10. Updates to These Terms

Flow Creative Photography may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of any changes.
